Vision :
To place literatures in every Bengali home and in other vernaculars and produce teaching materials and literatures to the believers.
Mission:
Creation, Compilation, Translation, printing and publishing various literatures, tracts, scriptures, and distributing the same in the hands of believers with a network of pioneers and community leaders.
Objectives:
i) To fulfill the need of Gospel literatures in Bengali
ii) To reach the other vernaculars with Picture Book (JMPB, etc.)
iii) To distribute the literature with various networks of fellowship.
iv) To fill the gap of scarcity of Bengali Christian resources by producing &
purchasing Study and Teaching materials, Devotionals, Bible Commentary, etc.
vi) To continue and place the Bible (Bible for Bengali) to each believer and NT to the seekers.
Need:
There is a huge need of Christian literature in Bengali. In spite of being 261+ million speakers there is not much literature available. Even most of the time there is scarcity of Gospel tracts. The tracts so available are not written keeping the context in mind, especially when it is distributed in the rural areas. Almost 68% of people live in rural areas in West Bengal. Online presence of Bengali Christian literatures and in other vernacular is also negligible. Even the online existence is not well shared or distributed, that is it is not reaching the people for whom it is created.
Complete Bengali Bible is available which was translated by Baptist missionary William Carey some 200 year ago. But there is not much Bible commentary or good commentary available. This is the scenario of most of the vernaculars in India. Even many new believers are without a Complete Bible.

The unexpected outcome during the course of JMPB is developing Audio-Videos.
At the beginning when JMPB Project was undertaken it was never thought Picture Book in the context of Audio-Visual format. But gradually in due course of time the demand for audio-video grew especially among the major language group and among the youths and children. Potentiality of preparing it in more dramatic way using different voices based on the character depicted in the story was perceived. While doing so the oral population in each language groups are kept in mind. Thus, it all started with Bengali Audio-Visual format and then with other neighbouring languages like Surjapuri, Santali, Rajbanshi, Sadri, etc.
